We are currently able to help low-income seniors and people with disabilities in the Lents Neighborhood and in the Interstate Corridor Urban Renewal Area. (ICURA)
Low-Income Seniors in
- Lents Neighborhood qualify for free small-scale weatherization and small safety repairs, installed by staff and volunteers
- ICURA qualify for free small-scale weatherization and safety repairs, installed by staff and volunteers
- ICURA who are homeowners may qualify for $2,500 in repairs to their home including electrical, small plumbing, roof patches, etc. to avoid foreclosure.
CEP works with other partners such as REACH, to help clients have access to even more amazing programs!
